When the Declaration of Independence was created, it began with the idea that people are born with Unalienable Rights. The right to Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness. That if these rights were interfered with, the people have the Right to Revolt. To abolish the government that had alienated these rights.
Our rights that supposively are Unalienable are now being taken from us, and told that this is how its suppose to be. We are not able to live, with the prices of living so high that even if you needed to to live, you wouldnt be able to have it. That the poor could only get poorer, something that had started in the Industrial Revolution.
We cannot have Liberty to be ourselves. We could go to school and be ourselves and we would be struck down instantly. Being ourselves could lead to us getting killed in broad day light and nothing will be done about it. There are laws even saying that its okay to kill us, maybe you were just afraid of us being ourselves.
We cannot pursue happiness. Children are depressed and the system only takes advantage of it. Life is crippling, and everyone ends up in the same office job they hate because even trying to become happier, make more income, is practically impossible. That the rich will hoard money that they would rather never give up, but the ones who have the least will be taxed, letting them starve on the streets instead of helping them.
The US Government has failed us.

Right 2 Revolt (R2R) is Punk Activists that believe in the right to revolt. We want you to believe in your right too! Here, we want YOU to know your rights, what you can do, and what you need to know! And hey, if you want to make a change, you can! Make your change- In your community, Your city, Your Country, Your life.
Here we will have links for sources and information for you, What you can do, Safety and Security, and What is Punk. We will also have resources for you, either to buy things cheap or buy things that are ethical. Hey, we might even list upcoming protests and news for you!

The Founder, Six, Is a Queer Punk with no real care for labels. They built Right 2 Revolt when they realized how little people know about our government, the law, and what Punk is. Punk is Activism. Punk is Political.
